At one point or the other, we all have been part of a love triangle. It has always been a rite of passage into adulthood. If you went through the basic hoops of high school, you must have been one of the key players in a love triangle. For those unfortunate enough to have missed out on this experience, too bad. Bad because you missed out on the opportunity to love (like or be infatuated with) someone while the person loves someone else who doesn’t love them either. This can be akin to a dog chasing its tail.
The love triangle has some characteristics that makes it unique (which I guess should bring back some “fond” memories):
The ratio of sexes involved is always 2 to 1, two guys and a girl in the middle or vice versa.
Everyone involved at one point will know each other.
Fate always has a way of bringing all three parties to the same place at the same time. Combine that awkwardness with adolescent hormones and inexperience…..boom!!!
No one is willing to leave the triangle.
Finally, the person in the middle must have (at least) kissed the other two.
Now tell me you have never been in a love triangle
